Ingredients of Thepla
4 Servings
1 cup Wheat flour
1/2 bunch fenugreek leaves ( methi)
1/2 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
2 pinches salt
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
2 chopped green chilli
4 tablespoon ghee
3/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
1 cup water
How to make Thepla
Step 1
Crunchy and crispy, Thepla is a perfect tea-time delight and can be prepared in just a few minutes if all the ingredients are in place! To prepare this dish, mix flour, gram flour (besan), dried fenugreek, ginger and fresh fenugreek in a bowl. Stir well and add curd and water to knead it into a soft dough.
Step 2
Then prepare small balls from the dough and roll them into thin circles. Then take a tawa and heat it on medium flame. Grease it with ghee or oil and cook the Thepla recipe on tawa.
