Chaach Recipe from Haryana, Lassi recipe from Punjab

Ingredients:
Yogurt – 2 1/2 cups
Water – 5 cups
Salt to taste
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp, powdered and roasted
Mint Leaves – 1 tsp, dried and crushed

Method:
1. Whisk the yogurt well.
2. Add the water, salt and cumin seed powder.
3. Mix well.
4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chillied.
